Spring Morning in Maine is about that feeling when you’re at the water in the spring, the air is cool but not cold, the wind is going a bit, and the first flowers are starting to blossom. There is a serene vigilance to Maine lighthouses. There is history, a window back to experience commonality with another time. I love them. I love the feeling they give me. I hope that conveys in this painting for you, the viewer as well.
